Editor's review

Process Them is a shareware software which is used to organise one’s emails. One can use this shareware program with all POP3 mailboxes. One can use this program with Microsoft Outlook Express. This latest version—version 1.2—also supports Thunderbird and is capable of extracting more than one items with the same template into the processor. The latest update also incorporates the added facility of SMTP authentication.

This software allows for automatic processing of the emails so that one does not have to do it manually. Process Them becomes really useful if one receives a lot of emails everyday and sorting and processing the emails manually takes a lot of time. One can filter emails by the subject, the size, the body or the header. One can also save the results to a database or a text file. Though some email providers offer some kind of filtering, it does not provide enough options. Also Process Them adds a few more option for filtering and sorting emails.

Publisher's description

Process Them is an email processor that allows you automatically process all emails you have in your POP3 Mailbox or which are already in your Thunderbird, Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook e-mail client so you don't have to do it manually any more. This is a great timesaver for people who receive a lot of e-mail and need to sort out it quickly and systematically. You can filter messages by email, subject, size, then parse them for the information you need - it can subject, body, header or anything else. And then you can send email with found information, extract or remove attachments, move message to a different folder or just save results to a text file or database
